About us
Since 2021 we have bent round and square tube on an Akyapak ABM 50 CNC3, from one-off prototypes to full production runs.
We bend for marine, outdoor, and frames and rails work: bow and boat rails, bike racks and outdoor fittings, handrails and frames. We also make repeat parts for manufacturers, programmed once so every run matches the first.
Every bend is programmed, so the hundredth part matches the first.
Mandrel bending supports the tube from the inside, so bends stay neat with minimal distortion.
Multi-plane and multi-radius parts are bent in a single process, so there are fewer joins and less assembly.
We preview every part in 3D before any metal is bent.
